On 26 June 2025, representatives of ARP TFI took part in the Team Poland for the EU Moldova Growth Plan conference in Chisinau. The event was the culmination of intensive activities carried out under the Polish Presidency of the EU, supporting the European integration of the Republic of Moldova.

The conference was organised on the initiative of the Department of Economic Cooperation of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Ministry of Development and Technology, with the support of the Polish Investment and Trade Agency and its Moldovan counterpart, Invest Moldova. Thanks to the involvement of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and its active role in building international economic partnerships, it was possible to create a platform for dialogue and cooperation between development institutions from Poland, Moldova and other countries.

Zbigniew Głuchowski, Director of Investor Relations at ARP TFI, participated in a panel discussion on mobilising investment in Moldova. The other participants of the discussion were Alina Cebotariov from the Moldovan Organisation for Entrepreneurship Development, Alexandru Cosovan from the EBRD, Tomasz Horbowski from the International Solidarity Fund, Marek Buczak from PFR TFI, Michał Kapa from PFR and Karol Tofil from BGK.

ARP TFI’s participation in the Chisinau conference is related to the ongoing work on the creation of the Investment Fund for Emerging Markets, which will invest in Moldova, Ukraine, other Eastern Partnership countries, and, in the longer term, also in the other emerging markets.
