Michał Handzlik

President of the Management Board

A finance expert, a graduate of Kozminski University, Vanderbilt University, and Warsaw University of Technology, where he completed an Executive MBA program. He developed his professional career in the largest financial institutions, including PKO BP and commercial banks, and also held managerial positions in companies within the financial services sector.

He specializes in strategic management, liquidity management, and the use of money market and capital market instruments. He has experience in establishing and supervising investment funds, as well as in managing investment policy and regulatory reporting. He has participated in capital market projects, including preparations for listings on NewConnect and the Warsaw Stock Exchange (GPW), as well as in processes of selling companies to investors.

By combining perspectives from banking and entrepreneurship, he makes managerial decisions with full respect for regulations, placing strong emphasis on team proactivity, skills development, and the conscious implementation of technology, while ensuring the security of the solutions used.

Piotr Broda

Member of the Board / Chief Risk Officer

Over 30 years of experience in asset management at Polish financial institutions. Specializes in risk management in investment fund companies, where he has spent years building processes, teams, and strategies. He has supervised or carried out a total of 68 transactions worth EUR 794 million as part of eight investment funds. He has served on 13 supervisory boards, supporting the development of portfolio companies and overseeing the implementation of investment strategies. He is a graduate of the Warsaw School of Economics and holds an MBA from the University of Minnesota.
